The successor to the LG KM900 Arena has been spotted online together with a few leaked details on the handset. Bigger than its predecessor, the Arena Max sports a 3.5 inch touchscreen compared to the 3.2 inch screen on the original Arena. Facebook accounts for almost 50% of all the time spent online by mobile phone users in the UK. Yes, we are clearly all besotted with accessing Facebook from our mobiles. New figures released by the GSM Association (GSMA) revealed that phone users in the UK had spent approximately 2.2 billion minutes on Facebook, just in December. Photos and video footage of the HTC Incredible smartphone have been leaked. Viewed for the first time, the handset looks and sounds incredible – but whether it is, remains to be seen. The HTC Incredible runs on the Android 2.1 operating system and is powered by the Snapdragon processor (reported to be a minimum of 1GHz) with 256MB RAM. Anyway, while it is unlikely that going open source will turn the Symbian OS into a platform of choice, it will certainly attract a lot more developers.
