O2 is the biggest network in the uk and as such they have the best coverage. You will hard pushed to find bad signal, although 3g can be touch and go in more rural places. Prices are not the best, but are quite good if your other people are on O2 as well, but I have noticed when looking around that there are networks with better prices. O2 seem to have the better phones out as well like the iphone (which i have but looks like it might be going to others now). Customer service are not very good and probably O2's low. Best for coverage and quite competitive for price but you get what you pay for
I have been with O2 for quite a few years now and have always been impressed with the phones they have to offer when I come to renew my contract. Signal coverage is always excellent, I have never had a problem in that regard. I have noticed that in recent times O2 has become rather complacent with their prices, they are not as competitive as they were when I first joined and this is really the only thing that tempts me towards other networks. The staff in their stores also seem to me to be quite slow
