    Virgin Mobile’s standard Pay As You Go plan is their ‘Addict Tariff’. With this plan, customers receive extra benefits in addition to their credit whenever they top up over a given amount in a month, such as free texts or a free mobile data allowance. A unique feature of the Addict Tariff is the inclusion of five free ´Call Back´ texts per month - free messages that allow customers to ask friends or family to call them back if they have no credit.

    An ‘Addict Extra’ tariff is available exclusively to Virgin Media customers. This tariff is similar to the standard Addict tariff, but confers greater benefits for top ups.

  • Transfer Procedure
    • Buy a new Pay As You Go Phone or SIM card and Virgin Mobile will issue you with a new number.
    • Contact your last network operator and ask them to provide you with a PAC, or Porting Authorisation Code. They should give you this over the phone or soon after by text message.
    • Contact Virgin Mobile and pass on your PAC and personal details to them.
    • Virgin Media will then transfer your old number onto your new SIM and credit you with 100 free minutes

  • Data Allowance
    • All Virgin Mobile PAYG customers receive a data allowance when they top up over a given amount in a month.
    • Customers without an inclusive monthly mobile data allowance can pay a fee per day´s use.
