    Vodafone offer a range of Pay As You Go plans that provide different ‘Freebees’ to suit different types of usage. Each plan offers specific benefits that are applied every time customers top up over a certain amount in a month, in addition to their credit.

    Freedom Freebee – This plan offers a balance between free calls, texts and mobile internet. Benefits range from a free 100 minutes, 300 texts and 50 MB of mobile data for a top up of £10, to a free 500 minutes, 3000 texts and 500 MB of mobile data for a top up of over £30.

    Text & Web Freebee – This plan is aimed at customers who use their phones mostly for texting and web surfing. Customers receive 500 MB of mobile data and 300 free texts when they top up over £10 in a month, and higher top ups are rewarded with more texts, up to a maximum of 3000 free texts for top ups over £30.

    Weekend Freebee – This plan offers free calls and texts on weekends. Whenever customers top up £5 or more Monday to Friday, they receive 100 free minutes and unlimited texts that weekend.

    Vodafone Talk Freebee – This plan is ideal for those who have friends and family on the Vodafone network. When users top up £10 they receive 1000 free minutes to all Vodafone numbers to use within 30 days.

    International – This plan provides free minutes to call UK mobiles and landlines from selected countries around the world. Topping up £10 is rewarded with 60 free minutes, £15 earns 100 free minutes, and £30 earns 240 free minutes.

    All PAYG customers can also access the internet through Vodafone’s network either on a ‘pay as you browse’ basis or by purchasing a ‘web pack’.

  • Transfer Procedure
    • Buy your new Pay As You Go Phone or SIM as normal. You will be issued with a new mobile number by Vodafone.
    • Get in touch with your previous network operator and request a ‘PAC’. This stands for ‘Porting Authorisation Code’ and is a code you need to move your number to a new network.
    • You should be given a PAC either immediately over the phone or by text message soon after you call.
    • When you have your PAC, call Vodafone and give them the code and your details. They should then be able to process your transfer.

  • Data Allowance
    • All Vodafone PAYG customers can purchase a ‘Web Pack’ to add pre-paid mobile internet access to their phone. Web Packs cost £5 and provide a mobile data allowance of 250MB to be used over 30 days.
    • Vodafone customers who select the Text And Web Freebee receive 500 MB of mobile data to use within 30 days with top ups over £10.
    • PAYG customers can browse the internet without a Web Pack or Web Freebee for £1 per day. A daily limit of 25 MB is applicable, after which another £1 is charged.
