Nokia has recently launched its 8-megapixel mobile phone at the Mobile World Congress. This phone will be rolled out in the market from the second quarter of 2009, at 375€ (excluding taxes and other subsidies).
The new Nokia N86 8MP on contract phone comes with a 2-way slide dual-mode mobile computer that supports EGSM, WLAN and WCDMA/HSDPA. The music, videos and graphics will be displayed on the 2.6” Active Matrix OLED and the orientation sensor. The users can navigate and find locations with the integrated A-GPS. Its 8-megapixel auto focus camera along with Tessar lens, Carl Zeiss optics as well as dual LED flash allows great picture quality. This handset provides other additional features such as Flash lite 3.1, UPnP and USB charging with data transfer. It also supports WCDMA frequencies. N86 features a lock switch with an optional sliding mechanism, similar to the Nokia 5800.
