Another mobile that comes as part of Nokia’s XpressMusic Series is the Nokia 5330. Together with the Nokia 5730, the 5330 is to be released in the third quarter of 2009 and is catered for the music lovers. It has a 3.5mm jack that will fit any type of standard headphone and will surely deliver crystal clear sounds. The 5330 is also perfect for those who follow the social networking craze. This mobile is specially designed to allow direct access to the most popular social networking sites such as MySpace and Facebook.
The Phone
The Nokia 5330 is a slide phone measuring 101 x 48 x 14 mm and weighing only 113 g. It has a 2.4-inch 240 x 320-pixel screen and comes in three colours—black, red & silver, and blue. It has a standard Li-Ion battery (1000 mAh) that will allow up to 350 hours of stand-by time and up to nearly 8 hours of talk time. The camera is also quite impressive as it boasts a 3.15-Megapixel rate with 2048 x 1536 pixels and an enhanced fixed focus. The Specs
Being part of the XpressMusic series, the Nokia 5330 is great for playing music as it has dedicated one-touch music keys. The sound, both through the use or earphones or the loudspeaker is excellent. You can store a boatload of songs in it as it has a 70MB internal memory and microSD memory card slot that allows up to 16GB (2GB is included) of storage. The 5330 supports GPRS, HSCSD, EDGE, 3G (Video Calling), and Bluetooth technologies, but you wouldn’t be able to use Wi-Fi or infrared devices with it.
The Nokia 5330 XpressMusic still remains faithful to and enhances the best features of its earliest predecessor, the Nokia 5300. With a price tag of approximately £250 pounds, it is likely that customers will be lining up to get their hands on this mobile once it is available.
