Following the success of the Samsung Corby S3650, the South Korean handset manufacturer has just announced that the launch of two new mobile phones into the Corby family; the Samsung CorbyTXT and the Samsung CorbyPRO. Both handsets are aimed primarily at younger mobile phone users and as such have some pretty nice connectivity functionality.
Both the Samsung CorbyPRO and the Samsung CorbyTXT has been made to suit very particular people, lifestyles and needs, and can be told about by their main features. They are both available in colourful designs and both have curved, comfortable to hold bodies, just like the original Corby handset, and also feature multimedia entertainment, messaging and business capabilities.
The idea of the Corby line of mobile phones seems to be provide something for everyone, including a choice of the handsets colour, connectivity capabilities and which inbuilt functions and applications best suit the individual in question.
The Samsung CorbyTXT B2310 has simple and easy to use SMS and IM functionality, as well as some pretty neat social network uploading options. Naturally it has a full QWERTY keyboard, standard 3.5 mm headphone jack, basic built in camera and a music player as well as fashion covers and changeable battery covers. It is ideal for those who use their mobile phone mainly for texting and will be in the European market around the end of the month.
The Samsung CorbyPRO B5310 is a slider, also with a full QWERTY keyboard, featuring push email, multimedia and entertainment capabilities, access to Facebook and other popular social networking websites as well as 3 mega pixel camera, dedicated music keys and Wi Fi connectivity. It is expected to become available in November.
