Samsung Omnia Pro B7330 is a Dud

October 27th, 2009 by Best Mobile Contracts

Samsung Omnia Pro B7330Sometimes, we are fortunate enough to find some really impressive and amazing mobile phones. These devices are uniquely special because of the way they were designed and made, and also for the features that they have wisely incorporated. Then there are some really bad phones that make you wonder why they were ever produced at all. Call it a compliment or a criticism, but the Samsung Omnia Pro B7330 is neither of the two.

Where the Mobile Phone Fits

The Omnia Pro B7330 is actually an average mobile device. Just like a hundred dozen other mobile devices out there on the market, there is nothing extremely terrible about this device to be considered a bad phone, but at the same time, there is real defining qualities to this device. To get into detail, the Omnia Pro was made to target your working professionals. Sadly, Samsung’s very own Genio Pro manages to do a better job. Whether that is bad product planning or not is a wonder for us all.

The Technical Aspect

Samsung put in some pretty common specs for the Omnia Pro B7330. For connectivity, you get wireless LAN and HSDPA. There is no word on EDGE but we are assuming that it will be present. For media capabilities, the Omnia Pro does have a music and movie player, as well as an FM radio and of course, Bluetooth. The device runs on Windows Mobile so expect some decent application support at least.

Windows Invades another Mobile Phone

Yes, this is a WinMo mobile phone; at this point consider yourself one of the few people who did not stop reading upon seeing the words Windows Mobile. Mind you, the Windows Mobile OS is not a bad system, but compared to how well the Android works, it makes you wonder what Microsoft is doing releasing such devices.
