T-Mobile will soon be offering Sony Ericsson Spiro deals among its line-up of mobile phones.
Advertised on the phone network provider’s website as “coming soon”, if you’re keen to buy the Walkman phone from Sony Ericsson, you haven’t long to wait now.
Launched together with the Zylo Walkman mobile, the Spiro is a great choice if music is an important feature in a handset – and budget is key too. Affordable yet capable, the Spiro sports an array of music features including those covered in our Spiro reviews – Walkman 4.0 player, access to the PlayNow music store, an FM radio, 3.5mm audio connector, dedicated music keys on the front and TrackID. The phone offers one-touch access to TrackID, making it even easier to identify a track. All you need to do is press the button, record a section of the song and the Spiro will reveal all the relevant information.
Compact at 92 x 48 x 16.8mm and light at just 90g, this slider phone is your ideal music player for taking with you wherever you go. And as well as listening to songs, you can of course make calls and send messages. There is also social networking integration on the Sony Ericsson Spiro and the phone comes with apps for Facebook and Twitter pre-loaded.
The Spiro can take photos and shoot videos on its 2-megapixel camera. Although basic by smartphone standards, having the option to take fun snaps, should the mood take you, is also a good addition. Storage space should be more than enough on the phone as with a microSD card the Spiro can hold up to 16GB. So you can transfer your songs from your PC using the microUSB option, add tracks via Bluetooth, download tunes from the internet – and share music and images easily too.
Pricing plans for the Sony Ericsson Spiro phone on T-Mobile are unknown at present but deals are anticipated to be affordable.
