Three UK has started selling its first iPhone on a Pay As You Go basis, having just launched the iPhone 3G S on PAYG.

You can grab the 8GB model of the iPhone 3G S on Three for £399.99. The smartphone comes with Three’s All In One 10 Add-On which includes 100 minutes, 500MB of data and 3000 texts. Are you tempted?

While many Apple fans have moved onto the iPhone 4 with its updated features and super slim design, the 3G S is still a smartphone to be reckoned with. The 3.5 inch capacitive screen supports multi-touch for pinch-and-zoom ability; there is a decent 3-megapixel camera together with access to numerous apps, songs and more from the Apple App Store and iTunes.

However, if you’re willing to spend an extra £100, you can buy the 16GB iPhone 4 in black on O2 and T-Mobile for around £500 on PAYG. The white iPhone 4 – or we should say, the long-awaited white iPhone 4 – is coming soon, and should be available in Spring 2011 on various contract and PAYG deals too.

Three UK has also recently introduced the Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro to its PAYG line-up. You can buy this miniature Android for £169.99, and enjoy the same All In One 10 Add-On that is included too. This Sony Ericsson comes with a compact 2.55 inch display, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and video, and Timescape UI. And although the screen is smaller than the original X10’s, there are the 4 shortcuts in each of the corners so you can add your favourite app, feature or web address for instant access.
