Good news for fans of the original LG Cookie T300 Style phone as LG has launched an updated version – with Wi-Fi.
Yes, the LG T310i Cookie WiFi handset is identical to the original Cookie Style but comes with support for Wi-Fi, making communication that bit easier.
This means you can enjoy all the features of the Cookie mobile phone including a friendly, curved and brightly coloured design. There is a 2.8 inch QVGA touchscreen, Cartoon UI, and a 2-megapixel snapper onboard. You can access the internet using the Opera Mini browser and there is email ability, and support for Bluetooth. For music, there is an FM radio and a 3.5mm audio connector. You can store music, photos and data on the Cookie T310i and the internal memory can be increased to up to 4GB via a microSD card.
The original Cookie Style is also known as the LG Wink Style and the company introduced it alongside the LG T300 Cookie (or LG Wink) and the LG T320 Cookie 3G (or LG Wink 3G). Aptly named, LG described the Style as “the stylish phone in the series with a 2.8-inch LCD display and boldest design. Wink Style is available in a variety of color options with accents on the front button panel, making it one of the most fashionable full-touch phones on the market. The phone’s colorful mix-and-match design will appeal to the young mobile generation’s desire for self-expression.”
With the LG Cookie Style now available on PAYG with O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone from only £49.95, LG Cookie Wi-Fi deals are anticipated to be affordable. We’ll keep you posted on the UK launch date as well as pricing plans for this Wi-Fi version of the stylish LG mobile.
