We first heard of the upcoming BlackBerry Bold Touch (aka Montana) back in January when a roadmap for BlackBerry’s 2011 offerings was leaked. We’re now seeing more details emerge on this interesting handset, such as some updated specifications including 512 MB of RAM, a 5 megapixel camera and BlackBerry OS 6.1 as standard. Most excitingly of all, though, we now have a number of pictures of the upcoming device, showing it side by side with the BlackBerry Bold 9700 for comparison purposes. Let us know what you think!
