You might remember that Samsung updated their Samsung Unpacked website last week with what most people are assuming is a teaser for an upcoming 8.9” Samsung tablet to be announced in Orlando, Florida on the 22nd of March. The new tablet is presumed to be called the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, since their 10.1” tablet is called the Galaxy Tab 10.1. Today Samsung have shared another little teaser with us in the form of a new image uploaded to their facebook page. The image bears the same tag line as the last one: “What’s your Tab life? 78910”. This time, though, we’ve also got an image of what we’re guessing will be the new Galaxy Tab 8.9. It’s not giving too much away but we can see that the chassis has a noticeable bulge to accommodate the headphone jack, which implies that the Galaxy Tab 8.9 could be a very thin device, maybe even on a par with Apple’s newly announced iPad 2. We’ll certainly be looking forward to finding out on the 22nd!
