Two new smartphones have today been added to Orange’s Coming Soon pages. The first is the much acclaimed super-phone from HTC, the HTC Sensation, and the second is Samsung’s budget friendly Galaxy Mini.
The HTC Sensation has been exclusively available through Vodafone for the past month but, as evidenced by yesterday’s events, that period has run its course and Orange will soon be getting in on the action with the Sensation. Described as the spiritual successor to last year’s HTC Desire HD, the Sensation boasts a big and bright 4.3 inch touchscreen and with its 1.2 GHz dual-core processor is undoubtedly one of the most powerful handsets on the market today. Orange haven’t specified when exactly they’ll have the Sensation in stock but with Three and Vodafone already offering the handset, we doubt it’ll be a long wait.
The Samsung Galaxy Mini is less of a spectacular affair than the Sensation but also comes with a less spectacular price tag. The Galaxy Mini a small and affordable Android handset with a 3.14 inch touchscreen and 3.15 megapixel camera that would be a good choice for those who want a smartphone without breaking the bank. Again, Orange haven’t specified when they’ll be stocking the Galaxy Mini, but they have indicated that the handset won’t be available on pay monthly contracts, so look out for it on PAYG from Orange soon.
