An incredible 11 new smartphones are set to be winging their way to us during the remainder of 2011, according to Samsung’s leaked roadmap for the year.
Included in the line-up are a number of new Android phones and Bada handsets as well as a Windows Phone 7 device. And a couple of tablets are thrown into the mix for good measure.

While they’ll be hoping to live up to the phenomenal success of the Samsung Galaxy S II, see what you think to this little lot:
Android
GT-B5510 (W41) – Android Froyo, 2.8 inch display, 800MHz processor, QWERTY keyboard, 3-megapixel camera, FM radio, Wi-Fi
GT-S5360 (W42) – Android Gingerbread, 3 inch display, 2-megapixel camera
GT-S5610 (W42) – Android Gingerbread, 2.4 inch display, 5-megapixel camera, HSDPA support
GT-18150 (W40) – Android Gingerbread, 3.7 inch display, 1.4GHz processor, 4GB internal memory, 5-megapixel with 720p HD video, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, DLNA, GPS, FM radio

GT-19250 (W48) – Android Ice Cream Sandwich, 4.65 inch Super AMOLED display, 5-megapixel camera
Bada
GT-S5380 (W47) – 3.2 inch display, Bluetooth 3.0, 2-megapixel camera
GT-S8600 Wave III (W47) – 4 inch Super AMOLED display, 5-megapixel camera
GT-S7250 Wave M – 3.5 inch display, Bluetooth, NFC
Windows Phone 7
GT-i8350 Omnia W – 3.7 inch display, 1GHz processor, 5-megapixel camera
There are also a couple of Samsung tablet devices at the ready, running on Honeycomb OS and featuring 7 inch displays, 3- and 2-megapixel cameras and HSDPA support. One is a Wi-Fi-only version.
In terms of likely names for these Samsung phones, the Bada and WP7 phones seem to follow the new naming convention – for example, Wave III, Wave M and Omnia W. These names indicate that the new Wave III will be a premium phone, the Wave M a mid-range device while the Omnia W will be a high-end handset. As for the names of the new Androids, we’re none the wiser at this stage and we’ll have to wait and see whether there’ll be a Galaxy M, Galaxy W or Galaxy S3 coming soon.
