Nokia’s premium Windows Phone handset is now available to pre-order on Vodafone.
When we last checked with the networks, only Phones 4u confirmed pricing and availability. The retailer named the 16th November as the release date for the Nokia 800, but we knew the device is also set to land on Vodafone, Three, Orange and T-Mobile soon.
Now Vodafone has kick-started events by offering the Nokia 800 for free on pay monthly plans from £36.
If you pre-order the Nokia 800 and are one of the first 10,000 people to do so, Vodafone will also give you £60 worth of vouchers – £10 each month for 6 months.
Interestingly, Orange is also offering a gift for buying the new Nokia handset – a free Xbox when you upgrade.
Tariffs on the network range from £26 to £56 monthly deals, depending on your demand for inclusive minutes, texts and data.
If you’re happy to pay £199 upfront for the Nokia phone and don’t need many inclusive extras, the £26 monthly tariff is likely to suit. This comes with 100 minutes, 500 texts and 250MB of data each month.
We think the £36 monthly plan is about the best because it includes a free Nokia 800, 900 minutes, unlimited texts and 750MB of data.

And in terms of what you’ll get for your money, there’s more in addition to all that Windows Phone delivers.
