January is now well underway so it’s sadly time to draw our Christmas competitions to a close. On the bright side, the last task to finish up is an enjoyable one: announcing the final batch of winners!
In the last week of the big Christmas Giveaway, we had a brand new HTC Explorer available courtesy of O2 to give away to one lucky winner. The winner of the HTC Explorer was randomly selected from all entrants and contacted in late December. They have now come forward to claim their prize and we can confirm that Tony from Warrington won the HTC Explorer! Congratulations to Tony whose prize is in the post as we speak.
We also drew our Winter Mini-Competition to a close this week, in which we asked you to tell us what your New Year’s Resolution would be this year. Here are our three favourite resolutions, each of which wins a prize!
The first resolution we picked out comes from Amanda in Staffordshire, who resolved to get to grips with the apps and games on her husband’s smartphone! We wish Amanda every success in learning to use a touchscreen phone, and so her fingers don’t get cold while she’s practicing we’re sending her a pair of TouchSmart touchscreen-friendly gloves!
The next resolution that took our fancy came from Maria in Bournemouth, who resolved to de-clutter her cupboards – and then fill them up again with cool stuff! We’re big fans of cool stuff and gizmos here at Best Mobile Contracts, so to kick off Molly’s new collection we’re sending her a Light and Sound hat that’ll keep her ears warm and entertain her with great music at the same time!
Finally, we were moved by the plight of Hayley from Essex who resolved on Christmas Eve to prepare for Christmas in advance next year! A few of the Best Mobile Contracts team found themselves desperately hanging tinsel and wrapping presents just hours from the big day this year, so we couldn’t help but sympathise with Hayley… To help her on her way next year we’re sending her a set of designer Cath Kidston phone accessories which we think would make a great stocking filler, though if she decides to keep them for herself we won’t blame her!
