Why compare with us?

The LG GM730 is one of the latest smartphones to hit the market today. This phone features the Windows Mobile as its main operating system which makes it stand out from phones such as the Nokia 6650. The phone will be released sometime in mid 2009. The brand new S-Class 3D user interface makes this phone even more attractive to users who have used this interface before.

The LG GM730 has a nice large screen with a well spaced menu which allows for easy viewing. The cube layout of the main menu is easy to use, as it can be customized according to the user’s preferences. There are 4 different home screens that the user could use at one time. You can easily flick form one home screen to the next by using the touch screen. This type of display has not been tried before and is much more intuitive than the user interface on phones such as the BlackBerry Bold. The pre installed Internet Explorer 6 also makes it easy for the user to browse through web pages. The slim size of the phone makes it easy to fit it into even the smallest pocket.

Overall, the GM730 is a very smart choice for any user looking for a mid price range Smartphone. All the connectivity options are top class, making it an efficient gadget to carry around. LG has designed the phone very well making it appeal to both business users as well as normal users who look for good media options in a phone. The camera is top class and is even better than the camera on phones such as the Nokia N95. The build in GPS receiver is easy to use and only adds to the phone’s functionality. This makes the GM730 a valuable navigation tool to carry around. The secondary camera is clear enough for video calling, if the surroundings are well lit. One complain is the battery life which is pretty low, but when compared to other smart phones in the market, is pretty competitive.
