LG KC910i Renoir deals & review

LG´s recent release at the MWC event, the KC910i Renoir is an excellent developed version of the original Renoir. The KC910i remains in the same vein as the original with its 8MP camera retaining its place as one of the leading camera phones on the market. This revamped model is now in possession of a sleek all black casing making what was already a stylish phone even more pleasing to the eye. LG have ironed out the frustrating image cropping issue that the original Renoir had, resulting in the image shown in the view finder is now the image captured. With the inclusion of Microsoft Exchange sync, the KC910i cements its place in the business market as well, providing access to emails, contact info, appointments etc whilst on the move.

With the original Renoirs external manual lens cover replaced with an automatic internal one, the KC910i is slightly thicker than the original but for good reason, keeping the entire lens housed within the phone. The phone is on the heavy side but no more so than the likes of the iPhone, Pixon or Sony Ericsson C905 and can be forgiven when possessing such an impressive camera.

All in all, a job well done by LG, making the necessary changes to what was already a good camera phone turning in to an excellent one. The addition of synchronisation software means the KC910i is now holding its own with the Sony Ericsson C905, Samsung SGH-G810, Innov8 and the iPhone.
