LG KF757 Secret UMA deals & review

The LG KF757 is one of the latest phones to be released as part of the LG lineup this year. This phone is also known as the Secret UMA, not to be confused with the original KF700 Secret phone. This phone is basically an updated version of the Secret with improved overall features. One such feature is the UMA feature, which is basically a set of specifications that specify improved statistics services more than a normal internet network. This network is called a Generic Access Network (GAN).

The LG Secret UMA adopts the slider phone form factor and is slim and lightweight. This makes it much more pocket friendly when compared to other phones like the Nokia 5610 which is bulkier. The phone has a touchpad which is intuitive and effective without taking too much time to get used to. The phone looks good in a sleek black outer casing. The phone also has the ability to process haptic feedback. This involves the phone applying a range of different forces, and motion to the user. The phone looks as stylish as its predecessor. The phone feels solid and can be held comfortably. Operating the phone using only one hand is also very easy.

Bottom-line the phone is a stylish luxury phone and definitely stands out in a crowd. The accelerometer allows any picture to be rotated as the screen is moved, and also allows widescreen videos to be watched in any type of view-portrait or landscape. One feature of this phone that really stands out is its ability to display high definition TV with outstanding clarity. High definition TV can be watched by either using the 3G network or even the Wi-Fi network. This phone beats even the Sony Ericsson G705 which is one of the few good phones that offer this function. The camera of this phone is really good and videos are of very high quality, as most phones capture videos at a rate of only 15 frames per second. The only criticism is the screen which could have been a bit bigger seeing that HDTV can be watched on it. The phone does have a TV out port which allows the media to be watched on a larger screen when required. The built in loudspeaker is quite good with a loud clear sound. Volume can be easily adjusted and is high enough for a small crowd to hear easily.
