The Nokia 100 is an affordable phone that is simple to use, although very limited in terms of features. Using a traditional candybar design the 100 has a 1.8 inch TFT screen with an alphanumeric keypad below. Also included are a call accept, call reject and navigational pad. The Nokia 100´s messaging features are limited to standard SMS although the phone does come with predictive text input.
The phone has a pretty easy to navigate interface which you can provide you quick access to the various functions included. Such features include an organiser, some games and an FM radio. The Nokia 100 includes a 3.5mm headphone socket which you can use in conjunction with the radio to listen to music. There is also a loudspeaker which can be used as well.
The phone is limited to quad band GSM networks. There is no 3G, Wi-Fi or even GPRS/EDGE and so any form of internet connectivity is not available. The phone supports polyphonic ringtones and has a capacity of about 500 phonebook entries. One interesting feature of the Nokia 100 is the flashlight that is included, which allows you to navigate in the dark. The Nokia 100 has a talk time of about 7 hours and can last for up to a month on standby.
