The C5 5MP is a standard Symbian candybar phone which, as the name would suggest, comes with a 5 megapixel camera. As the name would also suggest the camera is the main standout feature of this phone, although it does have some good entertainment features as well.

The 5 megapixel camera includes an LED flash and is better equipped than you would expect for a phone of this nature. The camera includes VGA video at 15fps, which is a little bit of a letdown for what is supposed to be a camera phone but still does the job for everyday purposes. There is a video editor to play around with and the Share Online feature allows you to share your videos online with ease. The camera also includes a 4x digital zoom and plenty of features to play around with including various colour tones and scene modes.

The C5 also has some good entertainment features including support for an extensive range of music and video formats, and also supports DRM content. Video can be streamed from services like YouTube and FlashLite support allows you to enjoy video content from other tube services as well. The C5 comes with Nokia Music Store where you can pick up plenty of new tunes and also Nokia Music Manager.

Additionally there is an FM radio for you to hook up to and a socket for inserting headphones as an alternative to the excellent loudspeaker. The C5 also comes with some games with more available from the Ovi Store. Quick Office is on offer for business users and a PDF viewer is also available, and with the phone´s GPS you can find your way with Ovi Maps.

The C5 doesn´t come with Wi-Fi although it does have 3G support for making the most of the online features present. This includes the aforementioned streaming video and online stores such as Ovi, as well as full web browsing, email and instant messaging support. The C5 also includes support for a wide range of social networks including Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Friendster and hi5.

The C5 has some great entertainment options on board for music and video, and also decent web support with social networks and online entertainment. The phone could have benefitted from Wi-Fi support as 3G is likely to cost you a little more money if you are using the phone´s web features at home. The camera is also pretty superb with plenty of software features to play around with, although better quality video recording would have been a bonus.
