The phone has high speed broadband capabilities – as you’ll have figured out from the name – and can download at up to 7.2 Mbps which is about 18 times faster than ordinary 3G. This phone really does have a great range of internet features inside and is likely to do very well in the mobile phone market. The phone also has a 3.2 mega pixel camera which can record video so you can enjoy entertainment features as well as the internet.

In terms of looks, this phone is gorgeous and has a great deal to offer its users in terms of style. It’s a completely touch screen phone with a 2.8 inch screen and is very small at just 102mm by 53.6mm by 14.5mm in dimensions. The phone is also very light at just 96 grams which makes it extremely popular for people who don’t like brick phones – and with smart phones getting bigger everyday it’s nice to see a smaller phone available with all the same features. The looks of this phone are very stylish and sleek and I think it’ll appeal to a lot of people – whether for personal or business use.

The simplistic feel and look of the phone make it very popular and the ergonomic feel of the phone makes it easy to use and nice to hold in your hand. I think HTC have done very well with this design and are likely to continue this style throughout their other phones in the touch screen range. I think the style of this phone will help with its success and I can’t see any problems with the design of the phone so far – the design of the software is also very good. 

Design

As I’ve already mentioned, the design of this phone’s software is very good and I think a lot of people will appreciate the applications and their ease of use. The Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system is well designed and HTC’s user interface makes the phone flow well into Windows and makes accessing applications easy and fast. The touch screen design is exceptional and allows for complete finger control on this phone. All in all, the design is fantastic and will do very well in the market. So far, I can’t see any issues with the software or application design whatsoever.

Overall

All in all, the HTC Touch 3G is a great internet phone which offers users a great range of features which are easy to use. The phone’s 3.2 mega pixel camera may not be the best on the market but it does what it needs to and allows for users to take some pretty incredible shots. The large 2.8 inch display means the phone appeals seamless and allows users to view photos and videos on a nice clear display. The features on this phone are high quality all the way through and I think people will appreciate the thought and detail that has gone into each application separately.

The phone has a lot to offer and I think it’ll do very well in terms of sales. I can’t seem to find anything bad about this phone which is incredible. The phone’s touch screen display and controls work well and aren’t at all buggy like the older touch screen phones and it appears as though all the software works flawlessly as well – I really can’t see any reason not to buy this phone and plenty of reasons which suggest it’s one of the best touch screen phones ever made.

Overall, the phone has a lot to offer business and personal users and the high speed 7.2 Mbps internet makes the phone a complete internet facility in your pocket. I think the other features are treated as a bonus and because these “bonus” features are so good it makes the phone a complete entertainment and lifestyle phone which is small enough to carry with your everywhere. I’m really impressed with every part of the HTC Touch 3G and I think it’s going to do exceptionally well in today’s mobile phone industry.
