They survey didn't ask how this thing worked. It looks great, nice design, lots of features. Unfortunately the interface between them is next to non-existant. Nothing on this phone is intuitive. For example while making a call, the phone screen disappears, so if you need to press 1 or 2 etc for those teleprompts, it inovles about three steps to get to the number, for every prompt.. I spendt te better part of two days trying to figure out things that should have been very simple, and are on any other phone. Windows mobile is not intuitive, and HTC tried to paste it over with buttons and other screens, and did a bad job of it. But frankly I would have kept the phone if that was it. Unfortunately the hardare locked up numerous times (4) in the 36 hours I owned it, requiring a hard reset to get it working again. The touch screen locks up routinely. Anyway, back it went. Nice idea, bad execution on both software and hardware.
