This phone is a great entertainment phone for personal use and also offers email and a document viewer so if you wish you can do some work on your mobile as well. Keeping in touch with colleagues, friends and family is easy and fast with this phone. The range of features is good and you’re likely to really enjoy this phone and all its high tech features. The phone also has a good design and look to it which means you’re likely to get a few compliments when using this phone as well.
Specifications
Like I said, the phone has a good range of features most of which are for entertainment purposes. The 3 mega pixel camera for example is a great feature which allow for auto focus and an LED flash. The phone also has a good multi media centre which includes an audio and video player which can play a variety of formats including MP3, MP4 and ACC as well as WAV and WMA. The phone also has an FM radio which allows you to listen to your favourite radio station while you’re on the go. This can be rather enjoyable if you travel to and from work a lot.
The phone also has a good range of features such as email and the internet which allows you to keep in touch with friends, family and colleagues with ease. The phone also has 90MB of internal memory which can be expanded to 2GB which means you can store a reasonable amount of music, videos and photos on this phone to enjoy while you’re on the go and travelling. The phone also has a USB version 2.0 cable which allows you to transfer files to and from your PC and mobile phone with ease and haste.
The phone also has a document viewer which allows you to view documents from emails and MMS messages. The phone can also do the usual tasks such as making phone calls and sending texts. The phone also has a 3 inch touch screen display which is ideal for viewing videos and photos. The phone has a good battery but it’s not the best battery for a phone and only has 180 minutes of talk time and 280 hours of standby time so the phone won’t last long if you’re on the phone a lot.
Looks
The phone has a good look to it and is a classy and sophisticated design and is 102mm by 51mm by 14.5 mm in dimensions and weighs about 107 grams so is a small and sleek phone. The 3 inch touch screen display means that the phone has a sleek line to it which is complimented by the slide action. The phone also has a keypad which is revealed after the slide action has been activated. This phone is surely a great looking phone and is simple and classic in design whilst remaining of high quality and being sophisticated and sleek.
The sleek lines of this phone mean that you’re likely to get a lot of compliments if you own this phone and your friends will be very jealous. The phone itself is very good looking and is currently only available in one colour; black. The black colour does help the phone’s look and compliments the sleek and fine lines of the design but it is a shame that the phone is only available in one colour. This phone has a good range of features and the outside design is a good match for the internal software and applications on the phone.
Design
The phone has a good design in terms of the shape of the outside of the phone but the internal features are also very good offering a good range of applications which all work well together. The design of the applications allows for the enjoyment of all the features with little interruption or delay. The software on this phone is of high quality and offers users and exciting experience every time. The phone isn’t as spectacular as it could be the basis is there for good design and the features do work well together when needed which means users can enjoy using this phone.
Overall
All in all, this phone is a good phone but for LG I think it could be better to be honest. The design is good and the features are good but compared to some phones on the market this phone is simply too basic. The email and internet capabilities are good but they could be better and the operating system of this phone can be a bit slow and not as fully interactive as it should be for a phone in this field. The touch screen display is good and it was the first phone to allow for three input devices but having said that it’s still not as good as it should be.
I do like the phone but I will say that this phone is more suited to basic users and people who haven’t ever owned a mobile phone before. The features are good but they’re not that sophisticated and the design of software is easy to use so people will easily be able to learn the controls even if they’ve never owned a mobile phone before. The high quality design of this phone is good but the features are still lacking somewhat. I’d suggest that if you’re looking for a super high tech phone with a lot of features then you avoid the LG KF700 because it simply isn’t all that.
Having said that, the phone is good and the basic user will be able to get a lot of enjoyment out of this phone. The features are of high quality and they are all easy to use which means a novice user will be able to learn the controls easily. You’ll also be able to choose between touch screen and keypad input which makes the phone adaptable to your needs and requirements. All in all, it is a good phone as long as you’re only looking for something pretty basic.
