Best thing about this phone is that the earpiece volume and ringer volume are louder than most cell phones so it´s easy to hear a call coming in and easy to hear the caller even in a busy subway station. Call quality is very good and the phone has a recorder that can be set at the touch of a button to record both sides of a phone call so when Aunt Nelly calls with that recipe and you don´t have a pen and paper handy, no problem. I have read people complain about battery life but this phone has a larger screen than most clamshells which makes print and numbers larger so you can see even without your glasses and since the phone is thin and therefore can´t fit a large battery you will have to plug it in every second day if you use it alot. Considering the other features I don´t mind that and because of the quality of materials this phone feels good in the hand.
