This phone also comes with Nokia Messaging standard which can be added to the company’s business email clients. This gives the users a very efficient solution to access the world’s consumers and corporate emails on one go.
The compact Qwerty style keyboard of the Nokia E55 is faster to learn and user friendly than standard mobile phone keypads. It is basically a messaging device which supports WCDMA, EGPRS, HSUPA/ HSDPA and WLAN. There are two home screen modes that can be customized as per your requirements, a full focus 3.2 mega pixels camera with EDOF and full focus and a compact Qwerty style keyboard. Intelligent text input feature can be used for writing messages and you can also enjoy videos, graphics and music on its 2.4 inches QVGA display. Other features of the phone include Nokia Maps 3.0, GPS, UPnP, USB 2.0 High speed and Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR.

It is a phone in monoblock design with dimensions of 116.5 mm x 49 mm x 9.9 mm. It weighs only 95 grams and can support volume of up to 54 cc. The size of the display screen is 2.4 inches giving out a resolution of 320 x 240 (QVGA).

With Nokia E55, users no longer require to boot up a PC to get an e-mailing experience of a full desktop. Apart from all other features that can be expected from a top class phone, it also offers improved capabilities in the calendar and enhanced task and contacts management.
