A mid-range smartphone with a fantastic screen, large slide-out QWERTY keyboard and all the expected features.

 

The screen will be one of the crispest, brightest you´ve ever seen. And the best thing about it is because of it being an AMOLED (active-matrix organic light-emitting diode) type screen which doesn´t need to be backlit, you can use all the graphics-hungry features you want without having to worry about whether your battery is going to survive the day. This will allow all the features you´ve come to expect from a decent smartphone – internet use, video playback, etc. - will be bigger and bolder than ever before.

 

The keyboard is also of the highest quality and again, because of its size, you´ll find yourself pinging out emails and text messages more easily than you´ve been used to, especially if your finger and thumbs are the most nimble.

 

Although relatively large in size overall because of the screen and keyboard, the phone manages to be relatively slim, at only 16mm, and also light. This too is due to the AMOLED technology, something we´re sure to be seeing a lot of in the future.

 

The phone also comes with the ability to switch between two User Interfaces - “pro” and “media” - meaning you can be in complete control of how you interact with the handset, even as you move between work and entertainment during your day. With a PMP (personal media player) interface for the “media” option, you´ll be able to access the camera, music player and video functions in a moment. And while in the “pro” setting, emails, the internet and all your calendar and organisational functions will be at the forefront. And best of all you´ll be able to switch between the two with a single tap of a button.
