The Samsung D900i is one of the new slider phones to feature in the mid price range market today. This phone is a sexy slider phone designed to suit the needs of anyone looking for a phone that has music features along with a decent camera. The D900i can definitely replace your MP3 player, as it comes with a music user interface that is both easy to use and efficient. This phone is an improved D900 which was one of the best selling Samsung phones in 2006. The main difference is that the D900i comes with an FM radio.

The slider phone is very slim, though not as slim as phones such as the Samsung U600. The phone is also lightweight making it very pocket friendly. The phone is also very compact, allowing you to carry the D900i in the smallest bag or pocket. The phone has a beautiful magnesium surface coating giving it a nice matte finish. The numeric keypad has nice large keys making the phone easy to use even if you have large fingers. The sliding mechanism works well allowing you to actually slide out the lower half of the phone using just one hand! The keypad is easy to use unlike the keypad on the Motorola RAZR which took ages to get used to. This keypad is also very intuitive, beating even touch sensitive keypads, such as the one on the LG Chocolate, in terms of ease of use.
The striking appearance isn´t the only thing the D900i has to boast about. It has a magnificent 3 MP camera with autofocus. This camera allows very clear shots to be taken. This is the best camera to be launched on a phone after the Sony Ericsson K800i. The best thing is that, such as an excellent camera has been incorporated in such as slim line design. The video cameo is also really good. The display of the D900i is excellent and allows crisp sharp images to be displayed. The D900i has an excellent media player with good music playback options. Connectivity is fast and easy with the Bluetooth. The menu design is nice and simple in a black background.
