Sony Ericsson W715 Walkman deals Sony Ericsson W715 Featured Review
The newly announced Sony Ericsson W715 is a phone that is set to be released during the first quarter of 2009 so should be available any day now. The W715 has a great set of features and we’d definitely recommend this phone to personal users because the main focus of the device is music and entertainment. We really like the look of the W715 and we can’t wait to have a good look at it once it has been released. The phone is equipped with a good set of features and appears to have everything a high end user, who loves music, would need.

Specs

Like we said before, the W715 is equipped with a fantastic range of features and we think this phone is definitely more suited to personal users due to the large range of entertainment features available. The phone is equipped with a 3.2 mega pixel camera which has a flash and there is also a secondary camera for video calling. The main camera can also record video clips at 15 fps which is about average for a mobile phone video camera. As the phone has GPS and a-GPS navigation it means you can also take advantage of geo tagging your photos which is a fun feature.

The phone has good connectivity as well with high speed WiFi and 3G internet connections. This means you can surf the web and send and receive emails and you’ll also have access to instant messaging and push email is also an option. The phone has a lot of Sony Ericsson exclusive features such as SensMe and Track ID music recognition so you can make the most of your love for music. One minor disappointment with this phone is the lack of a 3.5 mm headphone jack but you can always use the Sony Ericsson supplied headphones.

Looks & Design

In terms of looks, the Sony Ericsson W715 has a nice style and design to it and we think it’ll be very popular. The phone is available in two colours; Galactic Black and Luxury Silver, both of which look great on this handset. It’s a slide device so it’s easy to use and it looks really good. The handset itself measures in at about 95 x 47.5 x 14.3 mm so is quite small and weighs only 98grams which is about average for a walkman phone from Sony Ericsson. We really like the design and we think it’ll appeal to a lot of people because of the sleek and simple look it has.

Overall
All in all, the Sony Ericsson W715 is a great phone and we’d definitely recommend this phone to personal users who enjoy music. The Walkman Player is great and allows you to listen to music around the clock and the large battery life is also a bonus. Sony Ericsson is on a roll and seems to be releasing some pretty incredible phones at the moment. The W715 is a great phone which we’d highly recommend buying. All personal users who love music features will probably love this phone.
