T-Mobile myTouch 3G
Overall
Want Google´s Android OS? Then you´ve come to the right place. T-Mobile myTouch 3G might not be the only place to currently get it, but it is the best.
With a slim, very lightweight design, all the smartphone features you´d expect, and everything running swimmingly thanks to Qualcomm´s rapid little processor, the myTouch is one very smart choice indeed. And best of all, it´s not as pricey as many smartphones out there, so chances are you can find yourself a killer deal.

Details
Although no slouch in all the usual smartphone areas (onboard are a 3.2 MP camera with autofocus, 15fps video recording, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, GPS, digital compass, etc) it´s the Android OS that´s going to win all the attention here. Zipping along at an impressive rate using the fantastic Qualcomm processor, Android is an absolute stunner of a system. Google approaches everything it does with the utmost expertise, and you can tell they´ve done just that with Android. Whether you´re a regular user of Google Search, Google Mail, Google Maps or any of their many other services (don´t forget they own YouTube too), you´ll find them all available in an instant using the myTouch. Once you realise just how easy and fun it is to use the Google services you´re used to, you might even find yourself switching to other offerings from them too.
The G-sensor is also onboard and for us it´s a quality piece of kit. Whichever way you rotate the myTouch – left, right, or even upside down – the screen follows you in an instant. This function comes into its own when using the onscreen keyboard function (for messages, emails, etc.) as turning the phone on its side stretches the keyboard to fill the landscape view. Perfect for those of you without nimble fingers!
Thanks to the bold (but, we think, correct) choice not to have carry over the physical keyboard from the G1 onto the myTouch, this phone is also very slim (at just over 13mm), and also surprisingly light (just 116g, even with the battery in). That makes it one of the lightest phones in its category.
So, all-in-all, if you´re on the lookout for the newest, hottest and most functional operating system around, the Google-Android-carrying T-Mobile myTouch 3G is where your search ends. Good luck finding a deal, you´ll not regret the choice for an instant.
