Blackberry Storm 2 9520 deals on contract
As its name would suggest, the Storm 2 9250 is the follow up to the original Storm, which heralded BlackBerry manufacturer RIM’s first attempt at cracking the touchscreen market. While the Storm didn’t disgrace itself, it didn’t quite feel like the finished article. With the Storm 2 9250, BlackBerry have tried to address these flaws and thrown in a few other features in an effort to keep abreast of the competition. So what’s new? Well, build quality has improved for a start: the Storm 2 is more robust, and this time comes with wi-fi enabled. The SurePress screen also now feels, well, more sure to press; previously, there had been a perceptible lag, leading some to label the Storm as sluggish.
The Storm 2 comes equipped with BlackBerry OS 5.0 and features 256MB of internal memory. Flash memory, meanwhile, can support up to 2GB, enabling the phone to be stocked with media content of your choosing. With the Storm 2 9520, the browsing experience is enhanced compared to its predecessor and the whole phone feels more intuitive to work. Some users may question whether RIM would be better off leaving the touchscreen technology to the Samsungs and Nokias of the world and concentrating on making keypad-equipped business phones that work efficiently. Nevertheless, as a jack-of-all trades smartphone that bridges the gap between business and pleasure, the Storm 2 9520 is a welcome addition to the fold.
