When a mobile phone giant like Nokia releases the same mobile phone model this time clad in 18k gold, it must hold a special place in its product family as a success in its markets. That’s what the Nokia 6700 Classis Gold Edition smartphone is. 

• It’s the same quad band GSM (850/900/1800/1900) for international roaming on 2G with class 32 GPRS/EDGE data speeds and is also a tri band UMTS (900/1900/2100) with HSDPA at 10 Mbps and HSDPA at 2 Mbps on 3G for fast internet surfing and downloading.  
• There’s no WiFi but there’s local high speed data connectivity with Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR for data synching with other Bluetooth devices and microUSB 2.0 for the wired option. You also get SatNav with its built-in GPS receiver.
